Blue Sky 365 was founded by Peter Sabbagh, a recruitment advertising strategist and media producer with more than two decades of experience in digital campaign development, media production, and regulated recruitment advertising.
Before launching Blue Sky 365 in 2001, Peter served as Marketing Director for a Wall Street immigration law firm and later as Vice President of International Operations for a global IT company, where he worked directly with the immigration process for international professionals being recruited into the firm.
In that role, he managed operational teams across seven countries, working closely with immigration counsel and corporate leadership to support international workforce mobility.
This experience, both inside immigration law and within global corporate operations, informs Blue Sky 365’s disciplined, compliance-focused approach to PERM labor certification advertising and documentation.
